My kids are with Dr. Carpenter since they born. If I have to say in one line, I should say "Caring hands". Our experience is always great. She listens and advises based on the situation. We are happy with her.

We were very satisfied with my daughter’s visit. She’s usually scared to go to the pediatric office, but as soon as she walked through the door, she was excited and comfortable. The entire staff was kind and welcoming—from the front desk to the back—and Dr. Stafford was especially wonderful. She was warm, patient, and made the experience truly positive for her.

Excellent Pediatrician and a wealth of knowledge. He’s always willing to check out any concerns we have, brings up great points of discussion and answers ALL our questions during our well visits for our child. We couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician. He’s friendly, knowledgable and has a knack for what he does.

I am sorry but this is the WORST place to even get a hold of. I am never able to make an appointment, and all they do is answer the phone and place you on hold without saying anything,. been on hold for 20 min. I took ALL 3 of my kids somewhere else/! WORST place.

I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Hagee since the middle of last year. My daughter has has a recurring wet, nasty cough since early last year and I have requested multiple times for a nebulizer for her but all Dr. Hagee ever does is call in the same medicine and give her another inhaler. When I expressed my concern and requested a referral to see a specialist, they sent me a letter in the mail saying Dr. Hagee will no longer be able to care for Xyla due to recent events.
She has horrible bedside manner, she is in and out in a flash and doesnt seem like she really cares about the true wellbeing of my child.
